Don’t worry. Let the sweetness overload melt later at the party! LOL.

Ingredients:

For the ice cream:

4 pcs. Ripe Banana
Flavoring (chocolate chips, oreo, 1tbsp. Maple syrup, caramel, etc.)

For the pancake:

2 cups All-purpose flour
1/2 slice of a 225g Butter (no cholesterol)
1 tsp full Calumet baking powder
1 Egg
White sugar
Salt
Warm water

Methods:

For the ice cream:

1. Peel off bananas. Slice into thin and round shape. Put in a container, and freeze for at least 2 hours.
2. After hours of freezing, blend bananas until smooth. Use a super blender because it takes time to puree the bananas. Add flavoring according to your preference. Puree until the bananas and the flavoring is mixed well.
3. Put in a container and freeze until solid.
4. Serve as a topping or the ice cream itself. 😀

** I got the recipe of this ice cream from a video on the internet. You can watch it here too.

For the pancake:

1. In a bowl, mix sugar, butter and egg. The amount of sugar depends on your taste.
2. Pour in the water one at a time with the flour. Note that the water has no measurement. The amount of the water must be equal to the amount of the flour that is sticky enough to stir. Add salt to taste. Mix well until smooth.
3. Grease pan with butter or margarine. Set on high heat until hot, and then set on medium. Pour in 1/4 or 1/2 cup of the liquid ingredient into the pan. Flip back and front until golden brown. For every poured liquid ingredient, grease pan with butter or margarine first.
4. Serve pancake with ice cream on top. 🙂
